Services

Freedom Rampz provides wheelchair ramp installation, ramp rentals and rent-to-own, stairlift installation and repair, vertical platform lifts, and ADA accessibility home retrofits as described on this website and in your individual quote. Scope of work for each project is confirmed in writing before service begins.

Scheduling

Project start dates are scheduled as agreed at the time of your quote. Delays may shift your service day; we'll notify you as soon as a change is needed.

Payment

Project-based work (ramp installation, stairlifts, platform lifts, retrofits) requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rental and rent-to-own terms are confirmed separately at the time of rental.

Cancellations

Scheduled projects can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.

Rentals

Rented equipment remains the property of Freedom Rampz for the duration of the rental term. Rent-to-own payments are credited toward a purchase as agreed at the time of rental. Equipment should be reported promptly if damaged or malfunctioning.
